About Memro

The Latin word “Memoriae” means, recall, recollection, time, event and that is exactly what Memro was developed to do. Record the resources that are used onsite against events and activities which are allocated to predefined codes. This enables other project team members to review and analyse the works. Providing information to facilitate cost and production reviews at timescales that the site team deem necessary.

Memro has been developed by an experienced Construction team in partnership with its developers to provide a digital answer to the “Allocation Sheet”. The system allows users to input, interrogate and demonstrate the works and its resources. Nearly all Clients mandate a resource and work described record that is required to be submitted. Over the years, we as construction professionals have seen numerous versions (Excel and Finance systems) that provide a template. They have all lacked the ability to provide any analytics to be able to utilise the data or even do an easy search.

As such Memro was developed to provide a Cloud based system that allows registered users to interrogate the data and provide a platform where both Client and Supplier can provide an easy to populate daily sheet to record resource and activities.

Ideal where teams are distanced via COVID restrictions or remote working

The ability to search for events and resources by type saves Finance, Commercial and Project Management man hours/cost, the answers are at your fingertips.

Mission

To enable the onsite supervision to record resource and activities in an easy drop down format in a resource allocated format so that works and resources can be defined and recorded for analysis by others.

Vision

To provide a useful site tool that those on and offsite can work on shared data in relation to what is happening on a daily basis. Ideal for isolated distance team members to read to and analyse what has happened on a day or week.
