The Construction Industry has welcomed computerised systems over the years with BIM and costing systems providing up to date information for the Client and Contractor. The requirement to record resources and works has been specified in nearly every contract in one form or another and yet no system has been developed to provide a searchable and easy access to registered parties on the Project. Memro already provides good analytics and with the upcoming and financial bolt on packages that are in development will be stand-alone system to enable accurate data analysis of costs (both internal and external) and records of resources and events that all parties can sign up to use and accept.
